documentation bugs: incorrect links

Hi!
When going through the tutorial, I found the following small and quickly repaired glitches:

- tutorial: xml file generation...
... and the very bottom, has links to xml documentation and file-format, these point to the wrong locations

- tutorial: database generation ...
... points to flat file generation sample, the link is incorrect

- tutorial: flat file generation....
... points to file_format, the link is incorrect

Also, in the installation instructions for the benerator distribution might include the hint to add %BENERATOR_HOME%\bin to %PATH% (similar to how it is done on the maven installation page http://maven.apache.org/download.html).

thank you for the feedback. I am always trying to keep the manual up to date to the newest changes and extensions but had to realize that I negelected the web site's content :-(. I fixed the tutorials and the installation instructions according to your notes.
